Please see below for the transaction flow.
(1) Send a “Quotation Consultation” from the product you wish to purchase.
(2) Upon approval of the quotation consultation, please make payment.
(3) Once payment is received, the creator will begin production. Please wait for a message to confirm the delivery and rough draft.
(4)You will receive a notification from the creator that the delivery is complete. Please check the contents.
(5) If there are no problems, click the “Accept Delivery” button.
(6) Finally, an “evaluation” completes the transaction.
If the “Acceptance of Delivery” in (5) is not made by the deadline, the transaction cannot be completed.
Please check the deliverables and if there are no problems, be sure to click the “Accept Delivery” button.
If a creator intentionally does not give his/her consent despite receiving a delivery, we may, at our discretion, force payment after confirming the fact if the creator reports this to us.
